I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of A Trusted Circle, a truly special project that prioritizes empowering communities through education and support.

It was an absolute pleasure to contribute as a speaker at the Empowering Parenthood event, an initiative dedicated to delivering essential health information to communities that need it most, making a real and tangible impact in people’s lives.

During the event, I had the privilege of discussing the critical importance of self-care during pregnancy. I also shared my VALOR-ARTE methodology, which emphasizes the key pillars of emotional well-being for mothers and their families.

This event fostered a nurturing and supportive environment, equipping expectant mothers with practical tools and knowledge to approach this transformative journey with greater balance, confidence, and peace of mind.
